The Network Resource Guide provides a series of 12 tables with detailed information on each of the Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCN) that provided information for this resource. The information presented reflects responses provided by HCCNs in a survey administered by NACHC in early 2015.
Key areas described in the HCCN data tables include: organizational information, size, funding sources, support services, and managed care functions. This self-reported information provides descriptions of how the networks differ on three major dimensions of services: 1) Health Information Technology, 2) Quality Health Care Delivery Improvement, 3) Operations Management.
Data tables can be accessed under the Network Data menu. The All Network Data table provides access to the entire data set and includes all of the data described in the 12 tables outlined in the Network Table Definitions section below. For easier navigation of network data some instructions and suggestions for searching and filtering are provided in the tabbed section below as well.
